How do I file a TM30 report if I don't have a lease agreement in Thailand?

Can anyone help me re this TM30 hot topic at the moment?

I'm on a non B visa and get the yearly extensions for 3 years now. I do my 90 day reporting online on time each time, all good.

I live with my Thai wife at a Bangkok condo leased by her parents, in their name. We don't pay rent to them or anyone (lucky, I know but we basically live here for free apart from paying the bills).

TM30 says they need to report a foreigner, me, but I have no lease agreement since we don't pay rent and I stay for free.

I'm stuck re if/how I file a TM30 in my circumstance. Can you advise?

(I have my work permit renewal and non b visa ext coming up soon too)

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on how to file a TM30 report as a holder of a non-B visa living with a Thai spouse in a condo leased in her parents' name, without a formal lease agreement since they pay no rent. They are concerned about fulfilling this requirement while preparing for their work permit renewal and visa extension.
