Does the 400,000 baht requirement for the Non-O marriage visa extension need to be in my name or my Thai wife’s name?

For the Non-O marriage visa extension, the 400,000 baht must be held in your name only in a Thai bank account. While some offices may permit a joint account, the required amount would then be doubled to 800,000 baht. An account solely in your wife's name does not meet the requirement.
