TLDR : Answer Summary
The 400,000 THB requirement for a Non-O-A visa extension does not have to originate from overseas according to community consensus. Instead, the money simply needs to be seasoned in a Thai bank account for at least two months prior to the application. Several users confirmed that funds can be transferred from anywhere, including services like TransferWise, and they emphasized the importance of maintaining the required amount in the account for the correct duration.

As long as you have 400k in your Thai bank account for 2 months before you apply for your 1 year extention of stay based on marriage you'll be just fine
