Question, I have a 1 year non o visa based on marriage to my thai wife. Expires on Nov. 2nd and my immigration office would be Chiang mai.
Would like to extend again for 1 year and not sure if there are new requirements due to the virus. I live up north in Chai Prakan. I heard to extend you need health insurance, physical, proof of vaccination. Is any of that true? Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your 1-year Non-O visa based on marriage, you do not need new requirements due to COVID-19. You will require the same documents as before, such as a bank book, marriage certificate, and any other previous documentation. Currently, there are no requirements for health insurance, physical examinations, or proof of vaccination for this process.

There are no new requirements to extend your stay (due to Covid). Just use the same stuff you needed last time for the extension. Bank book, marriage certificate, etc. There is no requirement for vaccination or insurance (currently)…
Sometimes requirements are tweaked at different offices, for instance they might want 47 copies instead of 45...haha, always best to make a trip down beforehand and get the most recent requirements list handout. No surprises.
