Questions regarding extension based on marriage!

Here currently on a non o based on marriage

Obtained in US!

Stamped in to Nov 28th!

Plan to apply for 1 year extension 15 days before expiration on 90 day visa so that is Nov 14!

September 15th appears to be deadline to complete my required 400,000

Deposit

60 days September 15 to Nov 14th!

Looking for expert advice to comment if my calculations make sense!

I understand I'm cutting it close, just realized the seasoning s connected to extension application, not the expiration of current visa!

Also would getting the 60 visit family visa be an option, if first option doesn't work ?

allowing me to apply for 1 year extension without having to reapply for the non o?

I'm hoping the first option is doable, but I will take the advice from the experts who are excellent at advising us with our questions!

I will be applying through udon Thani

Immigration office!

Appreciate your advice in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on a Non-O visa in Thailand based on marriage and is seeking advice on the timeline and requirements for a one-year extension. They plan to apply for the extension 15 days before their visa expires on November 28 and must meet the requirement of a 400,000 THB deposit by September 15. However, they are confused about the timeline for the deposit and application. A comment clarifies that they could apply for the extension after November 15, not cutting it too close. The user also inquires about the possibility of getting a 60-day family visit visa as an alternative.

it's not 60 days it two MONTHS date to date, so if you deposited the 400K in the bank on Sept 15th you couldn't apply until Nov 15th at the soonest.

You're stamped in on this Non-O until Nov 28th so you aren't down to the last day or anything even applying after the 15th of Nov.
