What documents do I need for my Non-O visa extension based on marriage in Thailand?

Hello everyone!

Since I will be doing my first Non o visa extension (marriage) soon, I need help with some details. I would really appreciate it if someone could answer my questions, as I want to be prepared and not have to go back to the Immigration office multiple times.

1. My first question is about the House lease agreement.

I live in a condo with my wife, a rented apartment. I have a rental agreement, I have a copy of the apartment owner's ID (with her signature) and a copy of the household registration, blue book (with her signature).

Are these documents sufficient or must they be originals when applying?

2. Regarding the family photos, I know I need two photos in front of my building showing my wife and me and the building number. Two photos inside (kitchen, bedroom).

Can I print two photos on one page of regular A4 paper, landscape? Are there any special rules about those photos, other than not being selfies?

3. And the last thing is about the map.

Can I print on top of the A4 paper a google map from my building to the Chaeng Wattana office and below that, on the same paper, draw a map of the route from my building to the first main road?

P.S. I will get a total of three documents from the bank. A letter proving sufficient financial savings, a statement for the last three months and an updated bank book on the day of application.

I have no questions about the other conditions, they are clear to me.

Please note, I will do the extension in BANGKOK, Chaeng Wattana office.

Thanks in advance for your help.

1 - those documents w/a TM30 showing you're registered to stay at that address will be good

You need copies of them (signed in blue ink like you sign EVERY copy) and take the originals (just like you do with the marriage certificates, signed copies and take the originals)

2 - most people PRINT photos and let the immigration officer choose which they want you to stick on A4 paper

NOTHING can be printed landscape!!! EVERYTHING, all copies are portrait paper orientation)

3 - just draw a simple map showing the major intersection and the Soi you live on.

It's just to show you really LIVE there and know where it is.

This is my map (obviously the streets are named but that's exactly the way I draw it) 😮 Never questioned at all about it in many MANY years of using that same one
