TLDR : Answer Summary
If you filed a TM30 when you moved into your apartment, you should use your most current TM30 when completing your 90-day reporting. It's advisable to ensure that the TM30 reflects your current address since the TM7 form specifies that it is tied to your present location. Additionally, keeping copies of your TM30 every time you return to Thailand can help in case local immigration offices require a new filing.

A habit you may benefit from in the future is to file and get a copy of your TM30 every time you come back in to the country as some immigration offices require a new one on those occasions.

You should use your most current tm30 - the TM7 you fill out and sign states that the TM30 or address you supply is your current location
