TM61

I recently heard about TM61 is required for filing of 90 days reporting and this is different to TM30. Can anyone share information about what this TM61 is about and who and when we will need this?

TLDR : Answer Summary
TM61 is a specific form required for individuals holding a Long-Term Resident (LTR) visa in Thailand, which is used for annual address reporting. It is distinctly different from the TM30 form. For most visa holders required to do 90-day reporting, the appropriate form to use is the TM47, not TM61.

That TM61 form is ONLY for people who have the LTR visa and do address reporting once a year

if you have a visa/extension where you do 90 day reporting you do not use that form, just the TM47 90 day report form
