I need help for my 90 day report please!

Im in Bangkok and already 5 days over my 90 days (for 7 or more days there is a fine). I went to an agency today and they charge 2500 plus 2000 fine because they said it takes them 4 workdays and then I’m too late) so it’s 4500 baht. I think that’s expensive.

Has anyone experience with going there on his own? What documents do I need? Shouldn’t be printed out? What if something is missing fe. Tm47?

Or do think the offer from the agency is ok.. and because I’m late it’s a fair price?
Answer summary
The user is seeking advice on handling their 90-day report as they are currently 5 days overdue and facing a fine. They mention a high fee from an agency that offers to assist them, and seek insights on whether it's better to file the report themselves, what documents are necessary, and if any fines will apply. Community responses suggest that going directly to immigration might be the most cost-effective option, providing detailed lists of required documents, such as passport, TM47 form, and TM30 receipt. Several commenters share experiences and reaffirm that filing late incurs a fixed fine, but being 5 days late still falls within a manageable range.

I’m heading there tomorrow. Below is what you need.

To file a TM47 (90-day report) in person at an immigration office in Bangkok, bring the following actionable documents:Original Passport: Must be valid for your current stay.Completed TM47 Form: Downloaded from the Immigration Bureau website or collected at the office.Passport Photocopies: Make copies of your ID/information page, your current visa, your latest entry stamp, and your latest visa extension.TM30 Receipt: Bring a printout of the registered TM.30 form receipt provided by your landlord or property owner.Previous 90-Day Slip: Bring the receipt from your last 90-day report, if applicable.TM6 Departure Card: If your card is still stapled into your passport, bring it along or make a photocopy of the front and back.

Option A: go yourself.

Passport and a form to fill in

Option B: don’t go at all

Likely won’t get noticed on way out/in.

Option C: use agent for a more modest fee

4500 is absurd, 2000 unavoidable if not done tomorrow, but 2500 for reporting?

It starts at like 300 baht, even 500 is reasonable up to 1000 depending on your priorities and resources.

2500 is a joke and they should be named and shamed semi-anonymously (not as review on Google or fb) but in this thread under an alias

7 days after the scheduled date is still ok. You still have tomorrow to go.

Monday and Wednesday are holidays, so immigration will be closed

I think the agency is ripping you off. TM30, passport, and fill in the TM47 form when you get there. Check if Bangkok wants anything more than that.
