Do I need to refresh my TM30 after leaving Thailand on an Elite visa and what about my TM47?
I live in Bangkok, am on Thailand Elite visa and will leave Thailand for 30 days. A couple questions :
1. Will I need to refresh my TM30 after returning ? Or because same address of current TM30 not necessary ?
2. If my 90 day report is due during my absence from Thailand, what do I do about the TM47?

You are in BK... So, yes to #1 and re: #2 your new report date will be 90 days from the date you return

1. It depends on the Immigration Office if you need to register your address again after coming back from abroad.
2. The count until 90 days inside Thailand stops at the moment you leave Thailand, so it can not be due while you are abroad. On re-enter you start again with day of entry as day number 1.
