Good morning
Iโm in Thailand on a non immigrant O which has just been extended for another year. Iโm going to England from September 12th to October 13th.
My 90 day reporting is due on October 12th. Do I still do this or does the Tm8 re entry automatically kickstart another 90 days?
Also, does another TM30 have to be completed on my return if Iโm coming back to the same address.
Thank you
TLDR : Answer Summary
You do not need to complete your 90-day reporting while you're away in England, as you're leaving a month before it's due, which means your next report will be based on the date you re-enter Thailand. Your TM8 re-entry permit allows you to exit and return without cancelling your visa extension but does not affect the 90-day reporting requirement. As for the TM30, whether you need to file it again depends on the policy of your local immigration office; some may require another filing even if you're returning to the same address.
