Entering Thailand 1. Feb 2019, renting a condo for 6 months. Owner files TM30 and gives me the receipt, bottom part.

Leaving Thailand 1. Mar 2019 for 2 months, coming back 1. May. Does the condo owner need to re-file the TM30 or is the old TM30 still valid? Is it necessary to re-submit TM30 upon re-entry and if so, can I do it myself with the contract paper?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form, which is filed by the property owner when a foreigner takes residence, is typically valid unless there is a change in the foreigner's status or if they leave the country for an extended period. In your case, since you are re-entering Thailand after two months, the condo owner does not necessarily need to re-file the TM30 if you are returning to the same property. However, it's advisable to confirm with the landlord or local immigration office. If your landlord is unable to file it again, you may inquire if it's possible to submit it yourself using your rental contract.
