TLDR : Answer Summary
As a condo owner in Thailand holding an OA visa with multiple reentry permits, you are obligated to file a TM30 within 24 hours of re-entering the country, regardless of your type of visa or ownership status. It's important to check local immigration office requirements, as some may also require you to report when returning from travel within Thailand.

Okay, LEGALLY it doesn't matter if you own a condo or rent a shoe box under a crossover :O and doesn't matter if you're here on a 30 day visa exempt or a 20 year thai elite visa you are obligated to file a TM.30 within 24 hours of when you re-enter the country
Keep in mind some immigration offices you are obligated to do it when you come back to that residence from travel inside the country too :O
This is everything we know about the TM.30 and the requirements if you have more questions your immigration office is the place to ask;
