Hi all,

TM30 advise

I Have been living in Chiang Mai in the same condo for over a year, I have traveled to New Zealand for a month and going to be returning on an exempt and was wondering if my landlord will have to re submit another TM30 so I can apply for non O visa?

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about whether their landlord needs to resubmit a TM30 form upon their return to Chiang Mai after traveling for a month. The discussion includes differing experiences, with one comment indicating that a resubmission may not be necessary if the tenant has continued to rent the property, while another shared an experience where a resubmission was requested after a brief absence.

I had a residence in jomtien, when i left for kuala lumpur for 1 week they asked me to resubmit a tm30 even though nothing had changed apart from exiting/ re entering thailand. Just my experience no doubt someone will have a different experience.
