Hi everybody,

I am back one month now visa non O. Have a rental house for 2 years and been away for 4 months. My question; do I need to ask my landlord for a new TM 30 ? Or only when I need one ? Thank you and have a great sunday :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The necessity of filing a new TM 30 form upon returning to Thailand with a Non-O visa depends on the policies of your local immigration office. Some offices require re-filing every time you return, while others may not. It's best to check with your specific immigration office for their requirements.

Totally depends on your immigration office ๐Ÿ˜•

Whether you file a new TM30 when you come in from out of the country and return to your primary address is up to the office you use in your area

Some offices say no need to re-file, but others say you must re-file every time you come back from abroad.

Sadly, the answer is check with YOUR immigration office to see what their policy is
