Hi. This group helped immensely when I previously had a question regarding my first TM30 reporting.
I hope you can help me now with this query.
I own my own condo. I am currently in Australia. I will return to my own condo shortly. Do I need to do another TM30 - given it's the same as my first one?
Thanking you in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired whether they need to submit a TM30 report upon returning to their condo in Thailand after being in Australia. Community responses varied, indicating that requirements can depend on the local immigration office. Many emphasized that technically, a TM30 must be filed for any return within 24 hours, regardless of whether it's the same address. Suggestions were made to utilize online reporting for convenience, which takes only a few minutes.
Depends on the office you use. Some will require if you return from out of province, some if you return from overseas and some say no need if returning to same address.
