My covid visa expires 5 October. My condo lease expires 12th November. I intend to leave Thailand before the visa expires and come back in after a couple of weeks on visa exempt with the aim to get a Non O over 50. By leaving the country does the condo address I have on my current TM 30 become redundant making it necessary for me to file a fresh TM 30 for the same condo address when I return. I had some difficulty the first time getting the landlords details
TLDR : Answer Summary
The necessity of filing a new TM30 upon re-entering Thailand after leaving depends on the local immigration office's policies. Some offices require a new TM30 filing every time a person spends a night at a different location, while others may only require it if the individual has exited the country. It's advised to consult with the local immigration office for specific requirements and consider utilizing the online filing system for convenience.
