Do I need to file a TM30 report upon returning to Thailand with a Non Immigrant O Visa extension?

I'm on a one year extension of Non Immigrant O Visa ( Married to thai women ) . I'm currently outside of Thailand. I have a re-entry permit . My question is " When I return to thailand do I need to file a TM30 to report my location ?" I live in my own house witch is ofcourse in my wife's name who is a thai . I've been living in Thailand for past 20 years and have never needed or been asked for a TM30 . But after reading all your posts , lately I'm feeling more and more paranoid. I have reported my location once in the past to immigration, but that was a long time ago .
