I have a Non immigrant O (Retirement) and just returned 4 days ago. Same address. Is there anything I need to do at Chonburi immigration with regards to TM30? And to confirm, I don't need to do a 90 day report until 90 days (or slightly sooner) after arrival, correct?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon returning to Thailand on a Non-Immigrant O (Retirement) visa, you need to update your address with the immigration office within 24 to 72 hours. Additionally, you do not need to file a 90-day report until 90 days from your last entry.

Jomtien Pattaya Immigration says file new TM30 within 72 hours...usually 24 hours.

you need to update your address within 24 hours. That you're 90 days inside Thailand is when you are 90 days inside Thailand as you returned 4 days ago, it will be day 5 now
