Hello,

TM30.... I am a condo owner in Pattaya, I have done the TM30 at Jomtien immigration when i moved in last year.

Now I am travelling in Europe. I will be back in Pattaya in october, and will be living at the same address.

I have 2 TM30 questions:

1. Do I need to make a new one in the 24 hours following my arrival?

1. If I start an online registration the day of my arrival do i risk a fine if the TM30 is not approved in less than 24h? I can't do it now as I don't have the condo documents with me.

I really want to avoid a visit to jomtien immigration when i come back if possible. Thanks for your advices.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the necessity of filing a new TM30 form after returning to Pattaya post-travel in Europe. Comments clarified that if returning to the same address, one might not need to submit a new TM30. However, it is generally recommended to update the TM30 within 24 hours of arrival. Users also indicated that starting an online TM30 registration on the day of arrival should not incur fines, as the system allows for temporary approval to avoid penalties.

I returned to my house in Thailand in July after a trip to UK. Went to Jomtien Immigration and was told I did not need to do another TM30 as I was returning to my same address.

Yes, Jomtien requires you to update TM30 within 24 hours of arrival.

You can go on the website, upload your data page of your passport and the chanote (that has your name on it) and they'll send you an email approval with a temp password so you can log in ADD that address into the system then report yourself at that address. It shouldn't take you more than about an hour max to do it.

Then once you have filed your TM30 online you use the search function and find the data you just entered take a screen grab of that and print it. That IS proof you filed a TM30

I uploaded a chanote to the old website, but for the new one it asks for "เธชเธณเน€เธ™เธฒเธ—เธฐเน€เธšเธตเธขเธ™เธšเน‰เธฒเธ™ เธ‚เธญเธ‡เธ—เธตเนˆเธžเธฑเธเธญเธฒเธจเธฑเธขเธ—เธตเนˆเนƒเธซเน‰เธšเธฃเธดเธเธฒเธฃ" which I understand to be tabien baan. I uploaded that (it doesn't even have any name) and was accepted.

Thank you Tod. That was great info about the search. I was wondering how to prove I had filed/informed
