I live in a border area currently under evacuation notice so everything is closed. Can I do my annual renewal anywhere or must it be done in the same province or the same office (closed)?

Any advice welcome

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user in a border area under evacuation notices inquires about the possibility of renewing their visa despite their local immigration office being closed. Community members suggest checking with the immigration office or calling a helpline for guidance, noting that typically, renewals must be done in the same province. They mention the extraordinary circumstances due to ongoing border conflicts and encourage exploring other nearby offices.

I know a number of people who have been to immigration in Aran this week. It was closed on Monday but then reopened

do you know which bank they were with? The certified balance must be issued same day as the application.

@Mike ********
no, they were both doing 90 day reports rather than extensions. By certified balance I assume you mean the letter from the bank to immigration? I'm pretty sure this can be up to 7 days old and just the bank book needs updating on the day. If your bank isn't open I guess you might need to head to Watthana Nhakon or somewhere nearby to get the letter

and the province?

With this border war going on these are extraordinary circumstances, hopefully local immigration has a plan B.

TM7 check, bank statement check, kevlar vest and helmet check.

Drive to nearest one open and ask or call them ask what to do.

Call 1111 to ask?

Normally an immigration office will only deal with people from that province.

When is it due, do you have the bank documents?
