My Visa expires today. I've been trying to get to the Immigration in Chiang Rai for 3 days to get an Extension but it's just not possible with the flooding. We've been evacuated and safe but there is just no way to make it to the Immigration Office, every bridges is closed. What's my options here? Of course, I will be making my way to Immigration as soon as I can reach their office.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing difficulties reaching the Immigration Office in Chiang Rai due to flooding, and their visa is expiring. They are seeking advice on their options, considering their situation.
Maybe a couple days overstay which they will take from your 30 day extension and if it’s flooded I’m sure they’ll make an exception but I’d get on a motorbike and attempt to make my way there
You could and can easily access Immigration in Chiang Rai, if you’re north of the river, you go to the Mai Sai office if you’re south of the river you go to the office in Central Plaza
few weeks ago you told that you have an Extension of Stay based on education, so why not ask the school what to do as they provide the documents for a new period of stay.
alternative is doing a border run or even a visa run.
