TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is inquiring about the renewal process for their Non Immigrant R visa after relocating to a new province in Thailand. They want to know if they can renew their visa at their local immigration office or if they must return to the original office that issued the visa. The responses indicate that they should have notified their new local immigration office after moving and can renew their visa there unless their organization is based in another province.

When you moved you (or your new land lord) should have went to your immigration office and filed a TM30 (notification of foreigner in residence) and you should be doing 90 day reporting at that new office from then on AND you would apply to get a new extension at that office as well. UNLESS the organization you do religious studies for is in another province when you would get your extension at that office because that is where they are based. Contact the people who support you getting the type R extension and ask them the process. You can't be the only foreigner they have on that type of visa.
