I have a non imm o multi entry based on being married to a Thai lady. This expired in February, but I am admitted until mid April 20. Due to the many restrictions due to Covid, is there any way I could extend this admitted to date? Was planning to apply for a yearly extension of stay, however, something cropped up and will be changing province, which puts this on hold for the moment. Any ideas please, Tod Daniels, Robert Lagas? Thanks in advance for your usual helpful comments

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on extending a Non-Imm O visa that expired in February, while facing complications due to a move to a different province amid COVID-19 restrictions. Comments clarify that changing provinces does not affect the visa extension process, as applications can be made at any of the numerous immigration offices across Thailand.

There are no changes in application of Extension of Stay, that you move to another province does not matter as there are over 70 Immigration offices covering complete Thailand.

There is always an office in your area to register the address and apply for the Extension of Stay.

Using a virus as excuse is nice, but has nothing to do with this.

First apply for the 60 days Extension of Stay based on family visit, gives you time to move

im not trying to use it as an excuse. To apply for the extension, you need to apply 1 month before, and you need to stay in that province as IO will visit, am I correct? During this month, we will be moving, so cannot be here all the time. My intention was to get a 90 day non o, then extend accordingly
