How can I extend my visa while being locked down in Rawai, Phuket?

Sorry got shut down before I could get clarity I believe a valid point, we are in Rawai and not allowed to leave the province so how can we go for extension, thought this was an advice page?

There are reports in the press that immigration will be at Chalong police station. You should be able to get there. If stopped show your passport and explain where you are going.

The Immigration office in Phuket town if my memory is correct and Rawai as on the island of Phuket
