TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry is about the possibility of obtaining a one-year multiple entry Non-B visa in Hong Kong for someone who is a shareholder of a company. Responses indicate skepticism regarding the availability of such visas, with experiences mostly limited to 90-day non-B single entries. It's advised to check with the Thai consulate in Hong Kong about the specific visa options available, as they may vary even if listed on their website. Additionally, there are concerns mentioned about navigating current protests in Hong Kong.

, I have only heard of people getting 90 day single entry Non-B's out of Hong Kong, not any year long multi entry ones.

Contact them and see, it would save you a trip. Remember just because they list a year-long, multi-entry Non-B as a option it doesn't mean they actually sell them :O
