TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation addresses the availability of one-year, multi-entry Non-B visas at Thai consulates, specifically questioning if this can be obtained in Bali or if it's only possible in Penang. Participants clarify that, as of now, Thai consulates in Southeast Asia do not issue year-long, multi-entry Non-B visas unless the applicant is a managing director or owns at least 20% of a company. Instead, they only issue single-entry Non-B visas with a duration of 90 days.

The previous report of someone getting a one year, multi-entry Non-B in Lao and in Hanoi were in error.

I own 39% so that shouldn’t be an issue then.

Yeah I did the same and couldn’t find anything. So will give it some thinking and if I try I’ll report back!

, I googled around and there are no recent topics of whether you can or can't get a year-long, multi-entry Non-B from the consulate in Denpasar ..

IF you go, report back and let us know whether you got the visa or not. (y)

Okay, thank you. I know about Penang but I’m going to Bali anyways so was hoping to get it done there.

Then you can get a year-long, multi-entry Non-B in Penang.

As far as we know, NO thai consulate in S/E Asia will issue year-long, multi-entry Non-Immigrant Type B visas anymore unless you are a managing director of the company OR own at least 20% of the shares.

All the consulates will only issued single entry 90 day Non-B's now.
