Which embassies in neighboring countries (except Penang) would issue a 1 YEAR multiple entry Non B visa for company directors?(I've heard share holders can't get it anymore). My work permit is for 1 year.

Could my friend who is in the same situation but has only a 6-months work permit get one as well?

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion addresses the issuance of a one-year multiple entry Non-B visa for company directors by Thai embassies in neighboring countries, excluding Penang. Key points include that only the Penang and Kota Bharu consulates are currently known to issue such visas, provided that the work permit has a minimum validity of eight months. Individuals with shorter work permits may only qualify for a single entry Non-B visa.

AFAIK; Penang and Kota Bharu are the ONLY two thai consulates in the area that will issue year-long, multi-entry Non-B visas to company directors IF you meet the other requirements.

Work permit must have 8 months of validity.

If not, your friend will apply for Single Entry Non B visa only
