ok i see, thanks. That’s 5am anticipating 7am office hours? Or opening later? Since I don’t have in advance the forms they provide at the office, I can make copies of my passport ID and stamp page, and my exit card right?

traveling without a visa, always enter visa-exempt. anyway yea thanks for the replies, makes it more clear. I think what I'll end up doing is just using the fast lane with my APEC card but still enter as a tourist visa-exempt. if they happen to stamp me for more than 30 days, ill worry about then.
