 I will answer in English so everybody understands 😉. No you not need multi entry visa, because second time you come (from Vietnam)you will get normal exemption 30 days.

Hello Elisabet. Yes you should get the 60 days visa, that saves you a trip to the immigration and also saves you buying a onward ticket before the 30 days.
