Yup, I didn't know that this page existed. My friend from Germany whom I met going to Savanakhet told me about this page. However, I checked the advice they gave me but nobody told me that a letter of recommendation is needed. So right now, I am still waiting for the pdf file of that letter. Thanks a lot.
Right now, the lady from the immigration gave us an option to have the pdf file send online yet we still have to send thru post office the original copy of the letter. The guy who assisted us earlier from the immigration was not so helpful at all.

They still asked me for another letter of consideration which includes; LETTER REFERENCE NUMBER, INSIDE ADDRESS (THAI CONSULATE), CONTENT SHOULD INCLUDE MY HUSBAND'S COMPLETE NAME AND PASSPORT NUMBER AND ALSO RECOMMENDING MY HUSBAND TO APPLY FOR NON-O.
