The Thai ministry of foreign affairs in BKK has translators in the building on the second floor you can pay for translation and legalization. Maybe the same in Phuket? After you get married and have a Thai marriage certificate it needs to be translated back to Englisch, legalized by the ministry and then taken to your embassy in Thailand to legalize again.

You probably need to financially vouch for her, need a legalized paper from your municipality, proof you have a relationship (photos, text messages), write a letter about how you two met. Its a hasstle but can be done. Three months is maximum. It will help if she has a job, house or something that ties her to Thailand.
