me and my partner have been together since may2016,she made 2 application s for a tourist visa in 2016 through agencies without my knowledge. 1 agency told her to say she knew someone in the uk,the next said dont put about knowing someone, subsequently she got a 10yr ban.

We married in oct 2023.

I am hoping next year we can apply for a tourist visa ,no problem.

She is a highly accredited teacher in Isaan, she loves her job she has a big family, land.

I think we should be ok?

Could I possibly pick your brain about my situation please?

Ive been with my thai girlfriend, now wife for the last 8 years similar scenario I go out twice a year,weve had our ups and downs,but it all depends on the individuals.

Youll be fine as others suggested 60 day tourist then extend 👍
