My employer is a stand alone restaurant, we are consulting with some agencies and some are saying its not doable, but you know how sometimes thais like to say cannot just because its a little extra work

No i am Italian, I came in with a tourist visa, made by the embassy back home as for italians due to covid there wad no more visa exemption.
