Wait. I thought this pre-departure test was for the Thai government. Is that incorrect? Do I need to concern myself with the requirements of the US government as well? How about the layover in Korea?

Thanks for responding. Non-O Pattaya. The apparently new requirement is for "copy bank book name page and last 12 months transactions." I didn't need in any previous year.
