My ed visa is canceled already on 30th March with the cancellation letter from my school they permitted me to stay until the 16th of April. Since the border is close I can't exit. My question is I am qualified with the blanket amnesty?

Same problem my ed visa canceled on march 30.and they permitted me to until 16 April. when I go to immigration to extend my visa they ask me ah letter from my embassy unfortunately my embassy can't issue because of the amnesty. and they told me that I'm safe until 30/April.now my problem is what is my visa today if they cancel my ed visa?
