Agree completely. Nong Khai immigration said they will not do the NON-B stamp the way Richard Barrows did, but they give me a letter to submit back to them (they are very nice) and they stamped a hard "allowed to stay until 26 of September" which allowed to finally get my new teaching license and now can get my work permit. Then a new extension for the period of my contract.

, correct, but my answer is "Non-b" locally is now somewhat possible from my experience.

I'm doing that. Got a stay stamp until 26, with that I got my teaching licence and after the holiday I'll go get the work permit, then extend the non - b. Another way can be found here
