What documents are required for the DTV Visa application at the Hanoi consulate?

could you share the full list of documents you submitted, I can`t find this on their site.. I plan to apply there in early october for a Muay Thai course, I have the letter from the school, just need the rest of documents in order to make sure I don`t miss anything e.g. minor things like Thai accommodation, plane to Thailand, hotel booking in Vietnam etc.

Can you apply online on the

portal with the relevant documents and then go and pick up the visa at the Ho Chi Minh Embassy? Or you have to bring all the docs at the appointment day? I know some embassies have the eVisa working for DTV.
