everywhere has got ever changing restrictions. Again, I am not sure. I called the embassy here honestly 10 mins ago and clicked tourist and thats what they said . if you tell me what visa you are looking for. I will call again and get the recorded info for entry from here, if it helps you work out the problem. It could be that it`s a high risk area?

I just contacted the Thai embasy in Vietnam , the recorded message said I needed to have 65O USD spending cash and it was a 60 day tourist visa , I believe that can be changed in country. May be it is where you are coming from and the visa applied for. I honestly am clueless, but it may be of help, especially seeing as what
