hello mate I got my OAVisa in my country 15 years ago and then keep renewing every year in Thailand retirement visa , on each passport I changed to new one they stamped my first OA and all information on it ,now I am stranded out of Thailand and have my retirement visa and multiple entry till March 2021 , so shall I apply for CoE to go back Thailand,.
