Do I need to file a TM30 after returning to the same address in Chiang Mai with a Non-Immigrant O Retirement visa?

Just returned from Chiang Mai. I just take in my previous TM30 receipt and they update their system and they give me new TM30 receipt. Stay at same address. No other paperwork required. However, I have not asked the direct question, namely, do I need to update TM30 upon each arrival.
