it depends on the top hand written thingy on the stamp: w30 - extension 30 days, w45 - extension 45 days, ww with signature - non extendable, leave the country within your expiry date. Been talking with several immigration officers lately :)))

Russia was not even in the list to get 45 days to begin with but was told another 45, after that exempt 🤷‍♀️

btw the hand written w45 on top means extendable for another 45 days at immigration. Just out with mine and an explanation from the border officer 🙂

Just coming from Cambodia border visa run : 45 days with extension to another 45.

Update from today: visa extension from exempt is no more. They ask for the Embassy letter, bummer !

it’s the law, before you go please check Google Covid visa extension, this time it’s extended until 24th August, so if yours expires before -Just go and no need smart dressing, all good and legit. BTW: when I first went for extension I literally searched web in a taxi and found a blogger who claimed that Covid extensions are still valid. At immigration they won’t tell you unless you ask - that’s the trick))

There’s no need to go to the agency. I went to Bangkok’s immigration counter K, and after arriving on a 30 days exemption - paid 1900 thb and asked for 60 days Covid extension. Was given, without extra paperwork, after this 60 day’s expiration they told me in person I can extend again for 30 days .
