Hello everyone,
I need something to clarify: I have arrived to Thailand on a 30 days exempt, can I extend it at the immigration for another 30 days, taking into consideration that Covid extensions are no more ..? This is my second exemption stamp this year.
Thanks for your help!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about extending a 30-day visa exemption in Thailand, questioning if an additional 30 days can be granted considering recent changes due to the end of Covid-19 extensions. Several commenters confirm that extensions are possible, highlighting that the extension fee is ฿1,900 baht and advising users to bring passport photos. However, one commenter updates that extensions from the visa exemption may no longer be available without an embassy letter.
