just trying to help with the pros and cons as no one had mentioned travel insurance needed to get back.

But if you choose to leave to get back you need USD50k medical insurance which I think is going to be more expensive.

thanks very much. I would intend to visit my son in Singapore if that’s possible then and just return here as a 30 day tourist first and apply for 90 day extension etc. The bank account is not a problem.
