Yeah it’s gotten a lot more strict since I came here on holiday in 2015. My return date is booked 15 days after my extension expires so I just need it for that

Do the organized visa run with a company and get the 60 day tourist visa with a 30 day extension. That’s what I was meaning. Sorry for the misunderstanding

You exit the country on a tourist visa which is about to expire, go to Laos with the visa company, they sort everything out and you get another 60 day visa

You get a 60 day with a 30 day extension I’ve done it many times

I’ve got them many times before at the boarder of Laos you pay a visa company and the company sorts out all the papers for you

Yeah 90% of the Thai people I’ve asked couldn’t read it which isn’t actually a bad thing
