Well as long as your tourist visa is good you won't get in trouble. The company will get fined. Unless you have an illegal business. And no one should work without proper visa, what I'm saying is if his boss didn't do the right thing. I'm not saying work illegally. Just saying what I know. I live here and this was explained to me. I'm Thai and American, and I speak fluent Thai. You'll just be out of a job. And most likely they'll just fine the boss and not say anything. Thai's can be like that.

Get a multiple stay visa valid for 6 months. 5800 baht, this will push you along for your next time. Or get a new fresh passport, that always works.

I'm just stressed because I was brought here on the pretense of a vacation. Then the person who brought me says they can't bring me back. A family member. Now I find out I can't work so things are crazy. I don't know what to do.

No she's in America. I had to get her Thai id and information to get my visa. Validating her Thai citizenship.
