Bad situation. In other countries the embassies are open, but that does not mean that you would have an advantage from it.

Thanks for this advice. The website of the Thai Embassy in Switzerland currently states that the OA Visa states that you have to leave the country after one year. Regarding becoming a citizen in Thailand, I have heard that it is "almost impossible" unless you have done an extraordinary job in favor of Thailand. Do you know someone who became a citizen?
