Anonymous participant Exactly. It's specifically stated that tourists can maintain their remote work while on tourist visa. As long as they aren't dealing with Thai business. It would be impossible to enforce people that have online businesses to cease their entire living just because they are spending time as a tourist.

Where do I indicate my location on the visa application if I'm traveling and not a resident?

Anonymous participant To clarify on this, the 5 years starts upon approval. The individual 180 day stay starts upon entry, as you will get 180 days each time you enter, throughout the 5 years. So if you enter in 120 days, that's 120 days off the 5 years, not 120 days off your individual stay.
