hi morning itโs 100% in my name with a yellow book now from the tesabaan. It was an Aussie to a Brit transaction so didnโt change the outstanding allocations of foreigners in the whole condo building . That allocation of units owned has to be 51% Thai I believe still but I own my unit outright to be clear . Cheers ๐
