Hi quick question please presume it's allowed? 

I arrived on Aug 5 on Non O Visa, i have completed Support Thai Wife Visa (Marriage) and now need to appear on Dec 2nd for approval , currently "under consideration".

I had the Immigration Police here at the weekend taking photos and talking to neighbours for the checks etc. 

When can the 400,000 THB in Bangkok bank "safely" be touched please? Dec 3rd or even now i can move it?

DON'T TOUCH ONE THAI BAHT in your 400,000 bank account until you have the ONE YEAR EXTENSION STAMP IN YOUR PASSPORT.

Which means not until your return to the Thai immigration office as instructed in December.
